Daniel Holford, President: Dan was selected as president after founding director F. Dale Holford passwed away in 1991. In 1993 after serving 11 years on church staff, he began the counseling center. In 1994 he also planted The Bridge Church, a creative approach to church life. He seeks to encourage spiritual growth and develop community through the ministry's various endeavors.
Walter Hicks, Vice-President: Walter works for the U. S. Government. He brings strong background in dealing with small businesses to his Board of Director's position. He also has extensive experience in education both in school and church settings. He served on staff at Visalia First Assembly for several years.
Art Arreola, Secretary: Art presently works in management for Tulare County. He brings a breadth of experiences in entrepreneurial endeavor, coaching, mentoring , and management. He speaks regularly at churches and other settings sharing positive messages from his life story. He has served as a church board member too.
Rose Churchill: Rose is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has extensive background in group home work, at risk adolescents, and addiction recovery. She was one of the founding members of the Counseling staff in 1993.
Claudia McElhaney: Claudia is a Broker/Realtor. She is one of the most awarded realtors in Tulare County. She has served on committees and boards for many years because of her insight and wisdom. She brings a breadth of business background as well as a long spiritual heritage to her position on the Board.
