Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Director of Clinical Services

Laura Noelle is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Clinical Supervisor. If you are looking for a warm, genuine, and supportive space to explore what has been getting in the way of the life you want, we’re truly glad you’re here. Taking this step can feel vulnerable, and Laura is committed to creating an environment where you feel safe, understood, and encouraged throughout your journey.

Laura blends contemporary, evidence-based care with a grounded, approachable style. She draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for individuals and couples, and trauma-informed modalities including EMDR and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR). DBR is a newer, cutting-edge treatment specifically developed for complex trauma—helping clients access and heal the deepest layers of threat-response patterns at their neurological roots. Through this work, Laura helps clients gently process unresolved experiences, soften chronic survival states, and build a more regulated, empowered relationship with themselves.

Laura also has advanced training in the treatment of anxiety disorders—from chronic worry to panic—and has a strong specialization in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. She incorporates innovative virtual reality (VR) exposure therapy to help clients conquer phobias and fears in a way that is supportive, immersive, and often surprisingly empowering.

Her clinical experience includes supporting people through trauma, grief and loss, depression, relationship concerns, divorce and co-parenting, addiction and recovery, and challenges related to disordered eating, body image, self-care, and rebuilding a healthy relationship with movement and nutrition. Laura is known for her warmth, humor, and “let’s figure this out together” approach that makes therapy feel grounded, hopeful, and even enjoyable.

Laura knows taking the first step toward therapy can feel intimidating—sometimes downright overwhelming. If you’re ready to explore your options for healing, growth, and a more peaceful daily life, submit an appointment request today. You don’t have to do this alone. We look forward to connecting with you soon.

  • Counseling Trainee, Supervised by Laura Noelle

Hi, my name is Diego Orozco. I am a trainee who received an associate degree from College of the Sequoias and a bachelor's degree from the California State University, Fresno, both in Administration of Justice with a focus on corrections, as I was intrigued to learn about different aspects of correcting behavior. Currently, I am in the process of completing my Master's Degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling at the California State University, Fresno, with the long-term objective of obtaining my License in Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC). As a former small business owner, I had the privilege of working directly with clients of various nationalities and backgrounds, where I engaged in direct communication with clients living in underserved communities. My service to my clients led me to continue my education with the purpose of learning more about behaviors, thoughts, feelings, and becoming an asset to our communities. As a lifelong learner who has experienced my fair share of failures, I take pride in being a graduate student today. I know firsthand what it's like to change for the better. I pride myself on staying open-minded and view each person as a unique book, where my job is to help you write the next chapter to fulfill your individual needs. I love taking a client-centered approach, as it contributes to a better understanding of those I serve. I utilize a variety of techniques, with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) being among my go-to tools, with the purpose of collaborating and helping guide you one step at a time as we work together to reach your goals. Habla Espanol.
